




Manage the **SAP ECC** ERP system, ensuring availability, stability, and performance of SAP modules. Act as a bridge between business units and vendors: provide support and guidance to *key users*, enforce problem diagnosis and adherence to **SLAs** in accordance with **ITIL** practices, and track incidents to resolution. Responsible for organizing documentation, recording and maintaining the knowledge base, and supporting enhancement projects (version upgrades, integration with other systems, and process optimization). Prioritize support requests based on severity and business impact, ensuring operational continuity and continuous improvement of IT services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **SAP ECC ERP Management**: Monitor, administer, and ensure availability of SAP modules used by the organization (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, among others). * **Functional and Technical Support**: Support business-area key users, require problem diagnosis from the service provider, and track incidents to resolution. * **IT Service Management**: Apply ITIL practices to ensure SLA compliance and service-provider support quality. * **Documentation and Processes**: Require creation of manuals, incident logging, and maintenance of the knowledge base. * **Improvement Projects**: Participate in initiatives related to version upgrades, system integrations, and process optimization. * **Training and Capacity Building**: Guide end users and internal teams on best practices and efficient SAP usage. * **Task Prioritization**: Apply prioritization techniques to efficiently manage multiple technical support requests and resolve issues according to their severity and business impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. * General understanding of business process concepts. * Experience as an SAP functional user or consultant. * Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management practices. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users and cross-functional teams. * Intermediate English or Spanish for reading documentation and interacting with global vendors. **Desirable Requirements:** * **SAP** certification in specific modules (WM, MM, HCM, or similar). * **ITIL Foundation / COBIT** certification. * Experience in **SAP implementation or version migration projects**. * Knowledge of **databases** and integration tools (PI/PO). * Advanced English or Spanish for reading documentation and interacting with global vendors. * Experience in large-scale corporate or multinational environments. * Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions. * Knowledge of ERP systems Totvs and Datasul is a plus. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Joinville-SC). * Flexible Working Hours; * Meal Allowance; * Year-End Bonus; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Discount on Our Products; * Annual Bonus (Profit Sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health Programs.
