Manage the **SAP ECC** ERP system, ensuring availability, stability, and performance of SAP modules. Act as a bridge between business units and vendors: provide support and guidance to *key users*, enforce problem diagnosis and adherence to **SLAs** in accordance with **ITIL** practices, and track incidents to resolution. Responsible for organizing documentation, recording and maintaining the knowledge base, and supporting enhancement projects (version upgrades, integration with other systems, and process optimization).
