Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller with experience in the banking environment, an analytical profile, and strategic vision to optimize financial operations and reduce costs, working directly with the executive board. Dynamic and strategic corporate environment About the Position We seek a Financial Controller with solid experience in the banking environment or financial systems, an analytical profile, and strategic business vision. This professional will be responsible for structuring, analyzing, and optimizing the company’s financial operations, directly identifying new credit opportunities, improving economic performance, and continuously reducing costs. This will be a key position with direct interface with the executive board and strategic departments, actively contributing to decision-making and the company’s sustainable growth. ⸻ Main Responsibilities * Analyze existing financial operations and structure new operations with financial institutions; * Prospect credit opportunities, financing options, and more advantageous banking lines for the company; * Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for new projects and investments; * Strongly focus on continuous cost reduction, mapping savings opportunities and efficiency gains; * Develop and monitor financial indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management reports; * Conduct cash flow, working capital, indebtedness, and profitability analyses; * Support the executive board in strategic decisions through detailed financial reports; * Implement internal controls and improvements in financial processes; * Interface with banks, auditors, accounting firms, and other financial partners; * Assess financial risks and propose solutions; * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. ⸻ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Financial Analyst, or similar roles; * Experience in banking or the banking system (mandatory differentiator); * Strong knowledge of financial operations, credit, cash flow, and economic indicators; * Excellent analytical ability and business acumen; * Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented profile; * Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tools (a plus); * Strong communication skills for interaction with the executive board and internal departments. ⸻ Differentiators * Experience in bank negotiations; * Involvement in cost-reduction projects; * Knowledge of financial modeling; * Experience in mid-sized companies or industrial sectors. ⸻ What We Offer * Dynamic and strategic corporate environment; * Direct participation in company decisions; * Real opportunity for professional growth; * Market-competitive remuneration \+ benefits.
