




Manage Human and Organizational Development processes, with a focus on leading the onboarding program, conducting exit interviews, and supporting people development initiatives. Responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their journey within the organization, promoting cultural alignment, engagement, and continuous improvement. * Plan, organize, and lead the new employee onboarding program. * Develop and update institutional materials. * Monitor onboarding metrics and propose continuous improvements. * Conduct structured and impartial exit interviews. * Analyze reasons for departure, record data, and generate relevant insights to reduce turnover. * Prepare periodic reports on trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. * Support development programs, initiatives, and cycles, including training sessions and learning paths. * Support projects related to culture, organizational climate, engagement, and internal communication. * Assess training needs in collaboration with leadership. * Assist in designing and implementing evaluation and feedback tools. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to the employee journey. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge:** * Group facilitation and communication techniques. * Offboarding processes and conducting structured interviews. * Training and content development. * Microsoft Office Suite.
