Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Analyst to manage the issuance, monitoring, and analysis of service contracts, pricing agreements, and supplementary documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Check out the job requirements and come be **ONE!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operationalize and monitor the entire contract issuance process: supplier documentation, contract issuance, clause analysis and validation with the Legal Department, etc.; * Negotiate service pricing agreements; conduct market price research to secure better business terms; * Monitor and maintain active contracts, prepare addenda and other supplementary documentation, and manage contract term extensions and renewals; * Analyze and monitor real estate contracts, company assets, and control ancillary expenses related to contracts. * Availability to work 100% on-site **Requirements and Qualifications** **You have:** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines; * Experience in service contracts; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; * Negotiation experience **\#ComeBeONE** **Bonus points if you also have:** * Postgraduate specialization in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in leasing/area concession/circuit contracts; * Power BI **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions.
