Responsibilities: Responsible for setup, corrections, and adjustments on CNC lathes, tool changes, program adjustments, and machine operation. Perform tests for tooling control, process release, and operational training. Must also document activities such as filling out process control sheets, statistical control results, and updating product documentation (Layout, PFI, Drawing, etc.) as required.
