Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced milling machine operator for machining parts using conventional milling machines, interpreting drawings, and ensuring workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a milling machine operator to work with conventional milling machines in the Glória neighborhood of Joinville. Our company operates in the field of manufacturing automation machinery, stamping tools, molds, etc., serving industries of all sizes across the country. We seek a professional with expertise in machining company parts; experience level will be a factor in determining remuneration. Requirements: - Reside in Joinville; and - Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. Responsibilities: - Adjust machine operating conditions by replacing cutting tools, changing workpiece rotation speed, or adjusting cutting tool feed rate to ensure precise execution of tasks; - Inspect parts to be milled, interpreting drawings, sketches, models, specifications, and other information to plan required operations; - Inspect finished parts, verifying dimensional accuracy and surface finish, calibrating measuring and control instruments to confirm compliance with specifications and performing necessary adjustments to mechanisms; - Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers; - Ensure safety and cleanliness at the workstation and during all activities; - Knowledge of various materials including steel, nylon, brass, stainless steel, copper, etc.; and - Machining of hardened parts.
