The experience, skills, and expertise of our employees and service providers will determine our success in the market.* *We do this with agility, commitment, technology, design, and a qualified team to deliver an end-to-end integrated solution with a single point of contact.* **Position:** ---------- * Provide maintenance and functional support for the Tasy system (Delphi/HTML5\). * Analyze and resolve user requests, ensuring alignment with internal processes. * Perform tests, validations, and approvals for adjustments or improvements. * Configure routines and support enhancements in modules related to accounting, financial, tax, and Medical Fee Distribution areas. * Identify inconsistencies, conduct SQL analyses, and propose corrections. * Record service tickets, solutions, and evidence in a structured manner. * Participate in improvement projects, updates, and cross-functional integrations. * Provide direct support to managers and users with clear communication and a consultative approach. Manage your own backlog and provide periodic delivery reports. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education (Desirable)** ------------------------ * Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Information Systems, Hospital Management, or related fields. **Main Technical Competencies** ------------------------------------ * Practical experience with Tasy in Delphi and HTML5\ technologies. * Knowledge of processes: AccountingFinancial (accounts payable and receivable)TaxBillingMedical Fee Distribution * Experience in SQL for:Queries and analysis.Identifying inconsistencies.Supporting reports and data extractions. * Experience in:Handling and resolving service tickets.Analyzing, prioritizing, and tracking requests.Configuring settings and providing functional user support. * Ability to produce clear, organized, and traceable documentation.
