The warehouse clerk’s mission is to maintain inventory supplies at appropriate levels (avoiding shortages and excesses) and ensure alignment between physical and accounting stock. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inventory counts according to schedule and within established parameters. * Receive, deliver, and control materials and merchandise. * Verify invoices against purchase orders regarding quantity, quality, and specifications, and enter data into the system. * Control and organize inventory. * Enter invoices into the SAP system. * Release requisitions with the Coordinator. * Monitor requisitions, orders, and material deliveries. * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions. * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility. * Test equipment upon delivery and return for maintenance. * Issue transfer invoices for pre-fabricated parts. * Request quotations for supplies and services for the factory. * Issue waste transport manifests. * Monitor aggregate deliveries. * Record supply write-offs in the SAP system to ensure alignment between physical and accounting stock. * Prepare purchase requisitions in SAP. * Restock materials in the factory. * Prepare auxiliary production resources, such as applying/removing adhesive tape and sizing EPS. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Google tools * Experience in materials control **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance/food voucher (no payroll deduction); * Attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium for the primary insured, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at a differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at a differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefit program (with payroll deduction); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Rôgga Career Path; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
