Focus on innovation, quality, and adaptability **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Conduct electric motor testing in the laboratory, including registering motors in the test system, coupling to dynamometers, performing electrical connections and instrument connections, conducting market-required tests (routine, type, vibration, and noise), evaluating results, and releasing motors for production flow, among other similar activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register motor entry and exit in the electrical laboratory within the test system, ensuring information traceability. * Perform routine tests such as vibration and noise according to the established schedule. * Conduct type and routine tests on motors designated for audits, customers, samples, prototypes, and product development. * Carry out special tests according to technical specifications and internal requirements. * Evaluate and determine the disposition of type and routine test results performed on motors. * Continuously monitor the performance of tested motors, reporting any deviations or non-conformities to the quality analyst. * Read and interpret applicable standards, procedures, technical specifications, drawings, and measuring instruments related to the activities. * Evaluate results at the end of each test stage, ensuring data reliability and accuracy. * Issue technical test reports when required. * Request or perform minor maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of machines, equipment, and the workplace, preserving operational conditions. * Perform other related tasks as directed by immediate leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Electro-technical Engineering. * Knowledge of electrical measurement instruments. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of rotating electrical machines. * Familiarity with test software. * Knowledge of WEG quality system. **PERSONAL SKILLS:** Teamwork ability, initiative, communication skills, attention to detail, concentration, dynamism, energy, perception, and analytical capability. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Profit-sharing program; Private pension plan; Health and dental insurance; Subsidized meal allowance; On-site medical clinic; Pharmacy card; Benefits club; Flexible working hours; Training programs; Daycare agreements; Life insurance; Recreational association, among others.
