Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and reviewing technical reports, analyzing urban infrastructure, and developing thematic maps, with a focus on urban compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and proposal for urban non-conformities 2. Development of thematic maps and technical reports 3. Application of expertise in AutoCAD/CivilCAD and Microsoft Office Suite **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Prepare, review, and format technical reports for various activities; • Evaluate, describe, and analyze infrastructure in consolidated urban areas; • Conduct field technical assessments and propose solutions for urban non-conformities; • Develop thematic maps; • Analyze legislation relevant to the area of operation. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Currently enrolled in a technical program in Surveying or Building Construction, or related fields; or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; • Proficiency in AutoCAD or CivilCAD 3D \- CAD Draftsperson; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. With a 1-hour lunch break. **BENEFITS:** Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher.
