- Analyze the competitiveness of product lines versus competitors (market share, product line coverage, pricing positioning, availability level, brand awareness). - Identify opportunities for product improvement, aiming to align with the product life cycle, usage behavior, and market demands. - Manage the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for launching and discontinuing items. - Manage projects to improve the competitiveness level and product line offerings. - Manage the product / product line launch process, acting as the focal point in IAM when interfacing with departments. - Develop business cases for launching new product lines. - Manage the post-launch process with initiatives to increase sales of new product lines across regions and customers. - Manage the slow-mover database. - Participate in defining and validating packaging. - Support the Engineering department in defining product technical specifications. - Identify improvements in the applications catalog made available to the market. - Support the Marketing department in producing technical-commercial materials. - Provide data for Sales to create forecasts. - Ensure database robustness and analysis quality to support business decisions. Academic Qualification: Administration, Engineering or related fields – Language: Advanced English – mandatory Experience and Specific Knowledge: - Experience in the automotive or motorcycle parts segment – considered a differentiator. - Experience in Product, Engineering, Product Development, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, and related areas. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
