Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement Fuel supply company seeks a Senior Operations Analyst in Jaraguá do Sul (Vieira). **Responsibilities:** Analyze performance indicators (sales, margin, product mix, average transaction value, etc.). Develop management reports and dashboards to support decision-making on key strategic indicators. Maintain and monitor operational and management indicator dashboards for the executive board. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and regional performance. Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement and enhance process governance and rituals to improve operational efficiency. Previous experience as a Senior Process Analyst, Operational Efficiency Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or Senior Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
