Identify and implement process improvements and automations We are seeking a **Tax and Finance Leader** to lead and oversee the company’s financial and tax routines, ensuring accurate process execution, compliance with current legislation, and strategic support to the board. The professional will be responsible for leading the team in this area, analyzing financial indicators, and implementing continuous improvements in internal controls and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash flow; * Ensure execution and validation of tax processes; * Monitor and analyze financial KPIs, income statements (DRE), and management reports, supporting the board in decision-making; * Ensure bank reconciliations, reimbursement controls, and corporate card management; * Oversee and validate issuance and verification of invoices, tax entries, and tax classifications; * Serve as the main contact point between the company, accounting firms, auditors, and internal departments; * Identify and implement process improvements, internal controls, and departmental automations; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and applicable legislation. **Desired Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics**, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Solid experience in financial and tax routines; * Knowledge of cash flow, billing, income statements (DRE), and financial analysis; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Experience with financial/tax ERP systems; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
