Support in audits and internal operational controls The professional will handle service quality, contract management, compliance, and customer experience regarding last-mile delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor carrier service levels: deadlines, incidents, damages, shortages, and complaints. * Handle incidents in coordination with distribution centers, sales team, customers, and drivers. * Support the management of service contracts related to carriers (e.g., equipment leasing). * Ensure adherence to SLAs and customer service standards. * Support the registration process for routes, customers, and delivery rules. * Monitor documentary compliance: legal, tax, safety, and operational compliance requirements. * Support audit processes and internal controls for logistics operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in logistics operations and operational service management. * Experience in procurement and management of machinery and equipment suppliers. * Experience in field operations planning and monitoring. * Experience in contract management and cost control for logistics services. * Knowledge of operational KPIs and process improvement. * Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI. * Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or heavy machinery. **Additional Information** **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
