Confirm whether payments made to third parties (freight carriers) comply with previously negotiated amounts, conducting necessary negotiations in case of discrepancies. Ensure accuracy of records and alignment between systems and internal controls regarding third-party management. Monitor billing and validate whether amounts match contractual agreements, performing adjustments and negotiations when discrepancies are identified. Review and confirm proper maintenance of third-party and customer registrations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Carry out other related activities.
