The company is seeking an E-commerce Analyst in Joinville (Pirabeiraba). **Responsibilities:** Product listing on the platform. Prompt response to customer inquiries. Full sales process, including: sales, invoice issuance, payment link dispatch, freight quotation, and after-sales service. Creation, updating, and maintenance of advertisements. Advertising management within the platform. Sales order entry into the Teorema system. Product picking, packaging, and labeling. Scheduling courier pickups. Return management. Generation of performance and KPI reports.
