Project Manager (Regulatory Projects/Tax Reform) – Remote
Remote execution of initiatives related to process, system, and governance alignment in compliance with Tax Reform requirements. The professional will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, structuring, and management (scope, schedule, risks, costs, and deliverables), serving as the central point of contact among Tax, Accounting, Legal, IT, vendors, and consulting firms. Responsibilities include facilitating project management rituals (status reports, executive committees, and progress meetings), risk and change management, definition and monitoring of KPIs, governance assurance, and executive reporting to stakeholders—ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory):** * Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years); * Experience in highly complex regulatory or tax-related projects; * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid models); * Experience in systemic alignment projects, tax processes, and integrations; * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar). **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Tax Reform projects or large-scale tax transformations; * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or similar); * Experience in medium- to large-sized corporate environments; * Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent; * Experience in Body Shop or Managed Services project delivery models. **Engagement Model:** * Work arrangement: Remote (initially); * Estimated duration: 2-month project; * **Preferred start date: Immediate – December 22 (2-month duration)**; * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
