Currently, we operate over 30 branches nationwide and employ more than 1\.400 professionals responsible for delivering high-quality service. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor operational performance indicators to identify deviations, process failures, and improvement opportunities within logistics flows; * Daily monitoring of contractual SLAs for customers, ensuring accurate calculation of deadlines, delays, expurgations, and exceptions; * Analyze root causes of delays, SLA breaches, and non-conformities by connecting information across warehouse, transportation, customer, and internal departments; * Proactively signal potential risks impacting performance indicators before they escalate into penalties or customer dissatisfaction; * Validate and process databases to ensure data consistency and reliability; * Support operational areas (warehouse, planning, fleet, customer service, and commercial) with clear information for decision-making; * Prepare materials for performance meetings, providing critical insights into causes, responsibilities, and action plans; * Propose process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardizations to reduce recurrence of failures and increase operational predictability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in analyzing operational indicators and logistics performance; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical and critical mindset, focused on root cause identification and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) or on-site parking \+ On-site cafeteria \+ Health insurance \+ Dental insurance \+ Profit-sharing program (PLR) \+ Annual bonus \+ Longevity award \+ TotalPass \+ Partnership with SEST SENAT. **Della Volpe** is one of Brazil’s largest and most established logistics operators.
