**Responsibilities and duties**
* Coordinate field and internal technical teams.
* Supervise telecommunications network installations, activations, and maintenance.
* Monitor performance indicators (SLA, productivity, quality, and availability).
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and technical procedures.
* Plan service schedules, construction projects, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
* Manage materials, equipment, and operational resources.
* Provide technical support to the team in resolving failures and incidents.
* Prepare managerial and operational reports.
* Interface with customers, suppliers, and other company departments.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, IT, or related fields.
* Prior experience in telecommunications operations and team leadership.
* Knowledge of GPON networks, fiber optics, radio, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.
* Familiarity with operational monitoring and management tools.
* Driver's license category B.
* Availability for travel and emergency response, as required.
