Description: * Experience in the position of industrial maintenance manager in the mining sector; * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electroelectronics or related fields; * Solid experience in multidisciplinary industrial maintenance management (mechanical, electrical, automation and instrumentation) in medium to high complexity industrial environments; * Proven experience in personnel and technical team management; * Previous experience in the mining sector or in continuous process industries will be considered a differentiator; * Extensive knowledge of maintenance, engineering and operation processes in mineral processing plants. * Responsible for managing, operating, and achieving results within an area; * Delegates responsibilities and guides work teams in executing routines, based on company culture, contributing to their technical and behavioral development; * Plans short-, medium-, and long-term actions to achieve area results, contributing to departmental outcomes; * Good knowledge to deliver training sessions; * Leads organizational changes; * Accountable for the budget of the area; * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure availability and reliability of heavy equipment; * Establish preventive maintenance plans for all critical mining operation equipment; * Manage and lead maintenance technicians, engineers, and other professionals; * Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and cost reductions; * Manage resources including spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment; * Develop strategic maintenance plans aligned with mining operation objectives; * Supervise execution of corrective maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and improvements; * Manage maintenance budget and control maintenance costs; * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. 2510220202531823994
