RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Manage and update customer and fleet registrations (e.g., license plate additions/deletions, address changes, CNPJs, etc.); * Respond promptly and courteously to requests received via WhatsApp, phone calls, and internal channels; * Qualify incoming leads, verify initial information, and forward qualified leads to the negotiation team; * Support commercial advisors in preparing proposals, collecting route data, and estimating consumption volume; * Conduct follow-ups on submitted proposals to ensure client feedback and CRM updates; * Execute post-sales routines to maintain relationships and resolve operational issues; * Organize documentation, reports, and commercial files with emphasis on efficiency and data security; * Assist with administrative tasks within the commercial department; * Perform other duties of similar nature or scope as assigned by the Company. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma completed. Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting, or related fields; Preferred: minimum of 6 months of relevant experience; Experience in customer service; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); Preferred: basic knowledge of CRM systems and commercial processes; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WORK LOCATION: Avenida Afonso Pena, 2440 \- Edifício Empresarial Afonso Pena \- 15th floor. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break for rest/meals. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 Meal card: R$ 513,00; Unimed Health Plan; Transport allowance: R$ 227,70; Life insurance.
