We're waiting for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for controlling inventory costs by analyzing replenishments through management reports and performance indicators to ensure inventory levels compatible with demand and maximize inventory turnover; * Guide and coordinate the team to perform tasks and achieve set goals, clarifying doubts, identifying and developing potential, monitoring team motivation levels, as well as sizing the team, interviewing candidates for the area and assessing whether candidate profiles match expectations, ensuring satisfactory results for the department and seamless integration into the work team; * Optimize working capital by jointly defining with procurement areas the best inventory management methods (advanced inventories, consignments, etc.) for organizing the inventory under your responsibility; * Ensure the inventory optimization process together with user departments (e.g., maintenance) to minimize immobilized capital through continuous inventory reduction efforts and planning user department needs without compromising their operational performance; * Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor; * Coordinate the receipt and sale of idle assets and spare parts; * Ensure compliance with fuel station-related activities, including receipt, inventory control, refueling, procurement, cleaning and organization, and loss prevention. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in warehouse coordination, administrative, supply chain, and/or logistics is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Driver's license category B; * Knowledge of financial and administrative processes is desirable; **Additional Benefits*** **Meal Allowance;** * **On-site meals;** * **Unimed Health Insurance \- Infirmary**, fully subsidized (100%) by the company for employee and dependents, with co-payment of up to 40% of the procedures performed; * **Dental Insurance Odontoprev**: fully subsidized (100%) by the employee for employee and dependents, with co-payment of up to 30% of the procedures performed; * **Life Insurance** provided by Icatu, with 100% company subsidy; * **Shuttle Service** with no payroll deduction**;** * **Childcare Assistance** * **Gas Voucher** * **Profit Sharing Plan (PLR)** LHG Mining was established in 2022 following J\&F’s acquisition of MCR (Mineração Corumbaense Reunida), J\&F being Brazil's largest business group.
