An environment that supports professional growth **LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **Location:** Mato Grosso do Sul **Department:** Operations * **Work Mode:** On-site **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Supervise cargo unloading to ensure the process is carried out properly and in accordance with established procedures, while guiding the operational team; * Ensure proper organization of product lines (hardware, MDP, MDF, flooring boards, machinery, chemicals, among others) in the local warehouse, guiding the operational team on product handling and order picking per sales orders from Leo Network stores; * Ensure customer or store orders are picked promptly and accurately according to sales orders, preparing them for truck loading (outsourced or independent carriers), thereby guaranteeing timely restocking of Leo Network stores and on-time delivery to customers as agreed upon with the commercial team; * Operate forklifts to retrieve or relocate products to replenish shelves/pallet racks; * Store products on shelves and register them in the system per defined procedures; * Allocate products per procedure when storage capacity at a given location is exceeded; * Maintain physical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) inventory to ensure the operational team always has access to required equipment, periodic replacements per regulatory standards for Occupational Medicine and Safety, and replacements due to wear from extended usage. *(Here it's fast-paced rhythm, hands-on approach, and results-driven mindset!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Education: Completed High School; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Forklift Operator Training Course — 40 hours Is this you?
