We seek a Senior Developer with strong IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience to work on telecommunications platforms integrated with digital ecosystems, core services, and highly available systems. This professional will develop and evolve voice solutions integrated with modern architectures based on microservices, event-driven architecture, and sagas—ensuring resilience, performance, and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, enhance, and maintain medium- and high-complexity IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flows; Implement integrations between IVR, backend microservices, and core telecom systems; Develop services in Java with Spring Boot; Work with event-driven architectures (EDA); Implement and maintain transactional flows using SAGA; Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews; Actively participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions; Analyze and resolve production incidents; Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and operations teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience as a Senior Developer; Strong experience with IVR / Interactive Voice Response (design, development, and maintenance of flows); Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; Practical experience with: Microservice architecture; EDA — Event-Driven Architecture; Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar); SAGA (orchestration and/or choreography); Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar); NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB or similar); Development and consumption of REST and asynchronous APIs; Experience with development best practices: Clean Code; SOLID principles; Design Patterns; Automated testing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telecommunications platforms; Knowledge of CTI, SIP, VoIP, and voice protocols; IVR integration with bots, digital channels, and human agents; Experience in high-volume, mission-critical environments; Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing); Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
