Unicred Eleva is seeking a professional to join its team in Campo Grande/MS to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual members, offering personalized financial advisory services and guidance on financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the portfolio by acting as a Financial Planner, aiming to foster member loyalty; * Market products and services with a focus on the Cooperative's results; * Prospect new business opportunities; * Monitor the credit cycle and, when necessary, carry out initial collection procedures; * Handle formalities related to business transactions; * Continuously pursue internal and external updates to optimize business strategies; * Guide members on using self-service and relationship channels; * Promote cooperative principles and the Cooperative's products and services among employees, members, and the community. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Cooperative Studies, or related fields; * A completed postgraduate degree in Banking, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related fields is considered an advantage; * Active CPA-10 certification; * Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, ANCORD, or CFP are considered advantages; * Experience in a financial institution managing portfolios of individual members; * Availability to work in Campo Grande/MS; * Availability for domestic travel. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred \- Núcleo Geração employees**: The employee must have been employed at Unicred for at least one year and meet the minimum profile requirements for this position (as listed above).
