Supervise receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch activities for products, ensuring area organization and cleanliness, preserving quality and accuracy of loaded quantities, aiming to guarantee customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure area safety by guiding the team, drivers, and third parties. * Following company-established procedures * Monitor bulk and palletized loading processes, keeping them fast and productive * Aiming to meet the loading time target. * Identify potential discrepancies in items and loaded quantities, ensuring process accuracy and taking corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure organization of the pallet repair and storage area. * Supervise activities of direct employees and third-party workers during the shift, evaluating attendance and task performance. * Perform duties within predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of dispatch and warehousing procedures * Intermediate Office suite proficiency * Forklift operator certification * Knowledge of integrated systems **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
