Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** An agile and efficient individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance; logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and guiding and training users when required; * Providing technical support for Wi-Fi networks to ensure high availability, and guiding and training users when required; * Providing technical support for telecom infrastructure sales to specific clients, and guiding and training users when required; * Preparing technical reports and inventories for Wi-Fi and telecom networks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Wi-Fi Networks; * Information Security; **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of Wi-Fi networks **Working Hours** * **FROM 09:00 TO 18:00** **NOTE:** Hey!
