




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Experience in personnel management, indicator analysis, and monitoring of production processes. * Availability to work in rotating shifts. Differentiators * Experience in plastic industry, extrusion, or continuous processes. * Previous experience as a leader, foreman, or supervisor in a manufacturing environment. * Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and quality tools. * Knowledge of production management systems (MES, ERP). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis. * Ensure execution of the daily production plan, meeting established volumes, deadlines, and quality standards. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting engagement, discipline, and workplace safety. * Directly address production process losses (setup, waste, downtime) to achieve continuous optimization. * Conduct daily meetings (DDS, shift handover, daily performance review), ensuring alignment and clear communication with the team. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, reinforcing a prevention-oriented culture. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, Plan Adherence, Waste, Overweight, Absenteeism, etc.) and propose corrective actions. * Identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean, 5S, TPM, and other methodologies. * Control shift resources with a focus on efficiency: people, raw materials, time, and equipment. 2510290202531836368
