About the position: The Supermarket Operator, responsible for monitoring and preparing cold food production, restocking and organizing inventory, cleaning counters and cold chambers, and providing customer service. What you will deliver: * Check product quantities and availability (cold cuts, dairy, frozen, and processed meats); * Check work materials (utensils and equipment); * Inform supervisor of maintenance needs for utensils and equipment; * Check inventory levels of food and cleaning products and inform supervisor of restocking needs; * Request temperature reduction when necessary; * Comply with food safety standards; * Suggest purchasing options and new products to supervisor; * Monitor product receipt; * Organize cold chambers; * Prepare and monitor production (pizza assembly, slicing cold cuts, packaging products); * Slice, package, and price products; * Perform temperature control and sanitation. * Provide customer service. We are looking for people who have: * Completed elementary education. * High school diploma preferred.
