Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller to lead and structure the Accounting, Tax, and Controlling departments, with emphasis on financial management and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on financial modeling and budgetary control **Position:** Controller – Vitória de Santo Antão/PE **Requirements:** Active CRC (mandatory); Experience in companies with recurring revenue (telecom, education, healthcare, or essential services – desirable); Prior experience in auditing financial statements (mandatory); Managerial-level experience in accounting and tax; Resilient profile, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. **Soft Skills:** Team leadership and development; Organization and project management; Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Adaptability to dynamic environments; Collaborative and flexible profile in response to change. **Hard Skills:** Preparation and analysis of financial statements (with audit experience); Corporate/statutory accounting under IFRS (monthly, quarterly, and annual closings); Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IR, and CSLL); Knowledge of Real Profit Regime (mandatory) and tax incentives (desirable – Sudene); Experience in ERP implementation (integrations, APIs, go-live); Budgetary control (OBZ, actual vs. budget tracking, and forecasting); Financial modeling (P&L projections, cash flow, and balance sheet); Development of KPIs and BI dashboards. **Main Responsibilities:** Initially serve as the responsible person for Accounting and Tax departments; Structure, organize, and standardize accounting and tax routines; Implement and structure the Controlling and FP&A department; Lead ERP (SAP B1) implementation and integration; Manage accounting closings and deadline compliance; Perform budgetary control and financial analysis; Develop managerial reports, KPIs, and executive presentations; Support fundraising strategies through financial modeling. **We Offer:** Market-competitive salary; Health insurance; Meal allowance; Internet plan; Gympass; Virtual library; Pharmacy benefit; Dtel benefits club. **Applicants must complete the entire questionnaire in the system.
