Come be part of our family! #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily process audits across all units according to a predefined checklist and schedule; * Intervene and communicate with unit managers regarding identified non-conformities, based on procedures defined by the Company; * Notify store prevention team and department leaders to support resolution actions; * Monitor online the resolution of non-conformities; * Measure, together with the unit and system, the impact value of the prevention action performed; * Record all incidents in a specific tool designated for the process; * Conduct process audits requested by other departments, as directed by immediate leadership; * Perform external perimeter monitoring (night shift); * Contact competent authorities according to the established flow for each identified risk situation. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Experience with CONSICO system is a plus; * Flexible availability.
