




This professional will be responsible for managing a production shift, leading a team of approximately 30 employees. They must ensure the production plan is met, promoting a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Reports directly to the Production Coordinator. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure execution of the daily production plan, meeting established volumes, deadlines, and quality standards. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting engagement, discipline, and workplace safety. * Directly address production process losses (setup, waste, downtime) to achieve continuous optimization. * Conduct daily meetings (DDS, shift handover, daily results meeting), ensuring alignment and clear communication with the team. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, reinforcing a prevention-oriented culture. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, Plan Adherence, Waste, Overweight, Absenteeism, etc.) and propose corrective actions. * Identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean, 5S, TPM, and other methodologies. * Control shift resources with a focus on efficiency: personnel, raw materials, time, and equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Experience in people management, indicator analysis, and monitoring of production processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Differentiators** ---------------- * Experience in plastic industry, extrusion, or continuous processes. * Prior experience as a team leader, foreman, or supervisor in an industrial environment. * Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and quality tools. * Familiarity with production management systems (MES, ERP). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis. **Additional information** **Work location**: Escada \- PE **Schedule**: T1 22:52 to 06:00 **We care about our Feras' well\-being and offer benefits such as:** * Meal; * Year-end gift; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension; * Wellhub (Formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discounts on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Discounts of up to 50% on medications; * Health programs.
