We seek organized professionals who are detail-oriented and eager to grow within a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Evaluate nursing care quality through medical record analysis. * Verify compliance of clinical practices with institutional protocols. * Prepare reports, performance indicators, and monitoring spreadsheets. * Support and participate in nursing team training, promoting continuous improvement. * Analyze hospital billing statements and claim denials, proposing adjustments and optimizations to fee schedules and processes. * Stay updated on clinical practices, technical standards, and services offered by the institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN. * Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Auditing. * Knowledge of Hospital Billing is desirable. * Certifications or training in clinical auditing, medical billing, or hospital accreditation are advantageous. **Technical Knowledge and Tools:** * Experience in medical record auditing and clinical compliance analysis. * Knowledge of hospital billing, medical billing, and denial analysis. * Familiarity with hospital information systems (e.g., Tasy, MV, or similar). * Experience in sending and analyzing XML files and documentation for health insurers. * Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for reporting and performance indicators. **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and ethical conduct. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **Additional Information** Competitive salary; transportation allowance and meal voucher. **Medradius and You, Together for Life!** ======================================= At **Medradius**, caring is more than a profession — it’s our purpose.
