Administrative knowledge preferred. **Description:** Enter and input data and information into systems and control spreadsheets. Monitor and evaluate material movement. Organize and analyze invoices, including applicable taxes. Receive, store, verify, and dispatch materials. Prepare and/or issue reports. Conduct inventories and tabulate results, consolidating and analyzing outcomes. Service order closure. Invoice issuance. Transportation scheduling. Assist leadership in tabulating operational performance results and key indicators. Conduct process audits when requested. Participate in meetings with managers when necessary and requested, among other duties.
