Position Mission Transform operational, financial, and HR data into structured information for decision-making, contributing to greater operational efficiency and corporate cost control. Key Responsibilities Operational Controlling * Verification and analysis of accounting and financial entries * Support in account and cost center reclassification * Structuring of contract-based cost analyses * Support in building operational managerial income statements (DRE) HR Data Analysis * Monitoring and analysis of turnover * Analysis of personnel movement * Structuring of indicators for: * Developing workforce health indicators Operational Intelligence * Creating dashboards and managerial reports * Statistical analysis of operational data * Identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement Internal Projects * Supporting operational strategic projects * Structuring processes and indicators * Participating in management improvement initiatives Requirements / Education Bachelor's degree in: * Production Engineering * Administration * Economics * Accounting Sciences * Related fields Technical Knowledge Mandatory: * Advanced Excel * Data analysis * Indicator development Desirable: * Power BI * Knowledge of controlling * Experience in HR indicator analysis Desired Profile * Strong analytical capability * Organization and discipline with data * Critical thinking * Attention to detail * Ability to transform numbers into managerial insights Differentiators * Experience in labor-intensive operational companies * Experience in contract-based cost analysis * Experience with HR or controlling indicators Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Operational Directorate and works cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Contract Management departments.
