Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Generalist HR Analyst to manage HR routines, with a focus on organization and handling multiple tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Independently manage HR routines 2. Act as a generalist across various HR areas Position: Junior HR Analyst Location: São José dos Pinhais/PR Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT About the Position We are looking for a Junior Generalist HR Analyst responsible for independently managing the company's Human Resources routines. We seek an organized, responsible professional with strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Main Responsibilities * Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Conduct new employee onboarding; * Manage HR administrative routines (documentation, time tracking, benefits, vacations); * Process payroll closure; * Update and organize information in systems and spreadsheets; * Support training and development initiatives; * Support and execute internal marketing activities; * Record accounts payable invoices; * Manage and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist employees with labor-related inquiries. Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of HR and HR administration routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Prior experience in HR and HR administration routines. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Secullum and ContaAzul systems; * Experience working with HR metrics.
