After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and monitor the Job Evaluation and Compensation process across all company units. * Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation through internal studies and market research, recommending compensation-related actions and procedures aligned with company policies. * Support the enhancement of employee performance by providing inputs for promotion, succession, and training programs, tracking career progression within the job structure. * Coordinate the development and updating of salary tables, conducting studies and simulations of personnel cost impacts to support decisions regarding adjustments and job classifications. * Participate in job evaluation committees, coordinating activities and providing information to keep the job and compensation structure up to date. * Guide and monitor compensation definition processes for hiring, promotions, and transfers, in accordance with the Job & Compensation Plan guidelines. * Coordinate organizational design analyses across all company structures, responding to specific demands and needs. Supporting growth and aligning departments and processes with business strategy to increase efficiency. * Drive the evolution of the job structure and workforce composition, supporting decisions related to organizational redesign, restructuring, mergers, or departmental splits. * Monitor labor legislation related to the Labor Productivity Program (PAT), ensuring its proper application. * Lead and develop the team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * ERP knowledge (SAP and TOTVS experience is a plus); * Certification in Compensation methodologies is desirable; * Experience in calculating and validating short-term incentive plans (e.g., PPR) and long-term incentive plans (e.g., ILP), interfacing with Finance and Strategic Planning departments; * Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement, automation, innovation, and Business Intelligence (BI); * Willingness to work in Campinas and Amparo–SP. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
