Service Supervisor – Rosário, BA

**Description:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. **Driver’s License:** Class B SAP system knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics of the Maxum Brasif–represented equipment line is desirable. Directly attend to and oversee all service requirements—both internal workshop operations and field services—for CASE agricultural equipment; Personally interact with customers to discuss budgets and deadlines; Proactively contact customers by phone or through on-site visits to inform them about failure or damage reports, propose solutions, present service and parts proposals, and/or discuss warranty coverage; manage service scheduling; Monitor established performance indicators; and other related duties. Participate in and decide on classifying services as warranty-related, profitable, or others falling outside the normal scope of the scheduler’s responsibilities—or that may raise doubts. Manage service scheduling using spreadsheets. Monitor established performance indicators, including: first-response time, technical delivery, mandatory inspections, other warranty services, and profitable services. Oversee time-tracking entries and productivity data for mechanics, and evaluate results to suggest corrective actions. Monitor, evaluate, and proactively address outcomes of Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Track departmental billing and performance against budget and other targets. Ensure work orders (OSs) are closed within established metrics, controlling the quality of descriptions and other entries. Proactively contact customers by phone or through on-site visits to inform them about failure or damage reports, propose solutions, present service and parts proposals, and/or discuss warranty coverage. Follow up on pending proposal approvals to ensure service completion and billing, as well as missing parts; discuss alternative parts options; escalate critical or urgent issues to management for resolution. Participate in feasibility assessments for field service estimates.
