Service Supervisor - Rosário - BA
Be responsible for the technical assistance services performed by Maxum Brasif mechanics on construction and material handling equipment.
**Responsibilities and duties**
Directly attend to and monitor all service needs for the CASE agricultural line, both internally at the workshop and in the field;
Personally attend to customers, discussing budgets and deadlines;
Proactively contact customers by phone or through visits to their facilities, informing them of failure reports or damages, proposing solutions, presenting service and parts proposals, and/or discussing warranties; control service planning;
Monitor established performance indicators; among other activities.
Participate in and decide on the classification of services as warranty, billable, or others falling outside the normal scope of the scheduler or that may raise doubts.
Control service planning through spreadsheets.
Monitor established performance indicators, such as: first response time, Technical Delivery, Mandatory Review, other warranty services, and billable services.
Monitor the recording of labor hours and productivity information from mechanics, and evaluate results, suggesting corrections.
Monitor, evaluate, and proactively act upon Customer Satisfaction survey results.
Monitor department revenue and results according to budget and other challenges.
Monitor work order closure within established targets, controlling the quality of descriptions and other entries.
Proactively contact customers by phone or through visits to their facilities, informing them of failure reports or damages, proposing solutions, presenting service and parts proposals, and/or discussing warranties.
Perform *follow up* on pending proposals awaiting approval to facilitate service completion and billing, including missing parts; discuss alternatives for missing parts and escalate to management to resolve more serious or urgent issues.
Participate in the feasibility assessment of field service budgets.
Perform *follow up* on missing parts, discuss part alternatives, and escalate to management to resolve critical or urgent problems, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and minimizing machine downtime.
Consistently promote the sale of services and parts by motivating the team, creating business opportunities, and engaging in direct customer contact.
Conduct negotiations and technical monitoring of specialized third-party services executed externally.
Monitor the quality of external services.
Control costs and profitability within the area of responsibility.
Monitor all services—requested, quoted, ongoing, and completed;
Review budgets prepared by area consultants and forward them for direct negotiation with the customer;
Accompany mechanics on customer visits, assessing customer satisfaction with the work performed;
Approve travel advance payments and expense reports for personnel under your supervision;
Approve any expenses related to tool purchases or contracted services;
Distribute, guide, monitor, and support the execution of activities by the team under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with administrative, technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards;
Contribute to the professional development of the team and to the continuous improvement of company processes and procedures;
Know, apply, and promote practices and guidelines related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection; properly use uniforms and individual and collective protective equipment to prevent accidents, risks, and avoid unsafe conditions;
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the area, guiding and monitoring the cleaning of equipment, instruments, and tools used.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
Minimum of 6 months of experience.
Driver's license: Class B.
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus. Familiarity with mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics of the equipment lines represented by Maxum Brasif is desirable.
