Job Summary: A professional to supervise production activities, implement procedures, develop teams, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Develops and monitors teams with a focus on continuous improvement **Job Responsibilities:** Supervise production process activities, ensuring compliance with established standards and targets; Support the definition and implementation of operational procedures and standards; Develop and monitor the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement; Monitor performance indicators and take action to achieve Safety, Cost, Quality, and Productivity targets; Manage the team and assign tasks; Support other departments by sharing technical knowledge related to Quality, People Management, and Processes. **Requirements:** Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, and Word**; Experience in developing and analyzing **performance indicators**; Knowledge of **Quality tools** (corrective and preventive actions) is considered a plus; Experience in developing **operational procedures** is a plus; Experience in the **textile industry or spinning processes** is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** A **Textile Technician** qualification is considered a plus. **Education:** Bachelor's degree **currently pursuing or completed** in Administration, Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields; **Work Schedule:** 5:00 AM to 1:42 PM (Sat. 5:18 AM to 9:18 AM\) 1:32 PM to 10:11 PM (Sat. 9:18 AM to 1:18 PM\) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site
