Let’s transform the world together through data and technology—now with even greater impact via payment solutions. ##### **Requirements** **A Senior Systems Developer \- Tecfin must master:** Financial API security and regulatory compliance Integration with the national financial ecosystem Observability strategy Strong regulatory reading ability + business vision Systemic perspective and strategic thinking Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Practical experience with API governance and versioning Ability to translate regulation into technical architecture Microservices, APIs (REST + OpenAPI / Swagger), public APIs (Open Finance, Open Insurance), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, observability architecture (tracing, structured logs, metrics), .NET, Node.js, Angular, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, cloud-native architecture CI/CD with embedded security (DevSecOps), resilience and availability (circuit breakers, retries, fallback) **Tecfin-Specific Knowledge** PIX (integration strategy with SPI and DICT) Open Finance Brazil (Phases 1–4 + standardized APIs) SPB and STR (integration with settlement institutions) Registrars (CIP, CERC) and anti-fraud solutions (Clearsale, Serasa) Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) APIs and regulated arrangements LGPD (sensitive data protection) OpenID Connect and OAuth2.0 (with focus on FAPI – Financial-grade API) ICP-Brasil digital certificates (A1/A3) JWS/JWT signatures + Mutual TLS Consent and data lifecycle management in Open Finance **Nice-to-Have Knowledge** Structure of the Brazilian Financial System Regulatory frameworks from BACEN, CVM, and SUSEP Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Embedded Finance strategies Experience with regulated fintechs (PI, SCFI, SCD, SEPs) Alignment between architecture and BACEN/CMN regulations **Certifications and Qualifications That Are a Plus** OpenID Foundation (FAPI, OAuth, OIDC) ANBIMA exams (CPA-20, CEA) or Febraban certifications ABFintechs, Fenasbac, Serpro, TecBan courses DDD, Clean Architecture, Event Storming ##### **Benefits** **What We Offer:** Annual Bonus: Up to 3.3 monthly salaries; for commercial roles, an OTC commission-based performance model.
