This role is critical in transforming raw materials into intermediate and/or finished products, ensuring operations are carried out safely, effectively, and within parameters established by the company. While performing their duties, the professional ensures equipment functions properly and continuously monitors process parameters to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. The outcome of this work is zero accidents, maximized productivity, and minimized waste. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma * Availability to work rotating shifts **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Technical degree in Mining or Metallurgy **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Ensure efficient and safe equipment operation, strictly adhering to the company’s operational procedures and safety standards, to guarantee uninterrupted production process continuity; * Maintain proper condition, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and accessories under their responsibility; * Continuously monitor process parameters—including temperature, density, concentration, pressure, and flow—using control systems and measurement instruments to detect deviations and implement immediate corrective actions, ensuring final product quality; * Collect material and product samples at different process stages, following sampling procedures, for laboratory analysis, supporting quality control and process optimization; * Perform first-level maintenance tasks, such as general services including painting, carpentry, minor civil works, and installation of signage and warning plates; * Participate in training sessions and meetings on safety, quality, and productivity, contributing improvement suggestions and sharing experiences to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment; * Record operational data and incidents in daily reports using computerized systems or specific forms, ensuring process traceability and facilitating communication between shifts and teams.
