Technical Knowledge and Tools * Experience working with public data from multiple sources and building indicators. * Database structuring and ETL/ELT process design. * Data programming and analysis using SQL, R, and Python. * Statistical, econometric, and AI/ML modeling. * Cloud-based data architectures (Azure Synapse/Fabric or equivalents), Git/GitHub, and BI tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience delivering projects for public-sector clients. * Involvement in data platform, BI, advanced analytics, and AI projects. * Practical experience using generative AI tools in daily work. * Prior experience serving as a technical reference or mentor for junior professionals. Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams (product, technology, data, design). * Ease of interaction with both technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and solution orientation.
