Job Summary: Natusvita is seeking a professional to ensure the daily operation of its growing e-commerce platform, managing products, orders, and integrations across multiple sales channels. Solve technical challenges and improve integration efficiency. Natusvita is a health and wellness company with a growing e-commerce operation. We operate across multiple sales channels and maintain an integrated ecosystem of tools — and we need someone to keep everything running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * List and upload products across multiple channels: Shopify, Amazon, Bling, and marketplaces * Create and manage EANs in GS1 and keep barcode registration up to date * Upload and correct product templates on Amazon, resolving listing errors * Monitor order flow from start to shipment, identifying where integrations stall or fail * Investigate and fix errors in integration apps between platforms (order → picking → shipping) * Resolve invoice issuance errors in Bling and contact support when necessary * Edit HTML and CSS on Shopify store pages and templates as needed * Support the team with minor automations and integration adjustments via API Tools and Platforms: HTML / CSS REST APIs JavaScript Google Sheets Liquid (Shopify) Git / GitHub What We’re Looking For: * Proficiency in HTML and CSS — you’ll need to edit templates and must not get stuck on this * Programming logic (JavaScript or Python) to understand and fix integrations * Ability to read error logs and identify where an integration is failing * Experience or genuine interest in e-commerce operations * Organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and rapidly shifting priorities * Proactivity: if you get stuck on something, you seek solutions before asking for help Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
