As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and supervising civil construction workers on construction sites, ensuring activities are carried out according to project specifications, while complying with technical standards, deadlines, budget, and quality requirements. Emphasis on team performance and project execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of projects, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, avoiding waste. * Organize labor teams—internal and/or outsourced—delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with the project’s technical requirements. * Guide setup and maintenance of the construction site, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations across the entire team. * Supervise use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with superiors regarding construction progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Literate **Experience:** Proven experience as a Construction Foreman **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution and high-end residential building construction, Familiarity with ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively, Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, Basic understanding of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation, Team management and dedication to construction processes, Execution of more operational tasks and direct team supervision. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
