What awaits you in your daily work: * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring completion within established deadlines. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, avoiding waste. * Organize labor teams, whether in-house or outsourced, delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with technical project requirements. * Guide setup and maintenance of the construction site, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations by the entire team. * Supervise use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with superiors regarding project progress. 2512180202551873363
