Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning and controlling automotive adaptation, production, and metallurgical activities, as well as supervising teams and projects. Team Supervision and Quality Management Job Description: Job Description: **Professional Responsibilities:** · Planning and control of activities in the automotive adaptation, production, and metallurgical departments; · Development, together with Product Engineering, of supports, mounting assemblies, mechanical devices, and metallic structures for automotive adaptation; · Design of parts and devices; · Detailed scheduling and process documentation for manufacturing; · Supervision of the company's production departments; · Preparation, together with Product Engineering, of manuals, technical data sheets, and assembly procedures for adaptations and products; · Development of work instructions and standard operating procedures; · Instruction and training of production teams; · Ensuring workplace safety within assigned departments; · Preparation of quality checklists; · Quality inspection during production; · Maintenance management within assigned departments; **Experience:** · Experience in technical drawings and preparation of technical data sheets is required; · Experience in team supervision; · Experience in metal part projects; · Active CREA registration; · Degree in Mechanical Engineering; **Knowledge:** · Knowledge of manufacturing processes: laser cutting, plasma cutting, MIG welding, machining (drilling), and painting. · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; · Advanced proficiency in CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks; · Knowledge of management tools; · Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); · Preferred qualifications: Advanced knowledge of automotive electrical systems or electronics. **Competencies:** · Communication; · Interpersonal skills; · Proactivity; · Problem-solving; · Initiative; · Organized; **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday** **Salary: To be negotiated (depending on experience)** Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.167,42 – R$6.807,68 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
