Relaxed, collaborative, and inclusive work environment ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **What tasks and responsibilities will this professional perform?** * **Electronics**: Basic knowledge, such as understanding of circuits and operation of electronic devices. * **User Support (IT)**: Assist users with inquiries, technical issues, and software-related problems. * **IT Equipment**: Maintenance, configuration, and installation of PCs, notebooks, and related devices. * **Security Equipment**: Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems. * **Networks**: Configuration and installation of modems and routers; creation and management of LAN/WAN networks. * **Cabling**: Cable assembly and organization; installation of RJ45 connectors; connection testing and general Wi-Fi setup. * **Configuration**: Preparation and adjustment of servers and workstations. * **Operating Systems**: Installation, updates, and configuration. * **Remote Support**: Remote or on-site customer support (in\-loco). * **Maintenance and Installation**: Of cameras, alarms, access control systems, and other related equipment. * **Preventive Maintenance**: Periodic inspection of installed equipment to prevent failures. * **Third-Party Software**: Support and configuration of software not owned by the company. * **Internet Configuration**: Establishing and fine-tuning internet connections to ensure stability and speed. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** Driver's License: Must hold CNH categories A and B. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate, listen to colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment. Experience required in analog/IP CCTV systems. Access Control (including turnstiles and barriers). Alarm system maintenance. Networks and Analog/IP Telephony. **Desirable** Organization: Meticulousness in tasks, effective time management, and punctual fulfillment of commitments. Appearance and Diction: Good diction and professional appearance, as the role involves direct client interaction (e.g., clear communication, conveying confidence, and maintaining professionalism during support interactions). Maintenance experience in fire safety and automation systems; if lacking, training must be completed via courses after hiring (during probation period). Availability for on-call shifts and emergency response.
