ACTIVITIES: * Operate the monitoring center; * Operate the fire alarm system; * Operate the panic alarm system; * Operate the radio communication system; * Communicate with internal and external security teams; * Control the flow of information between teams and the security manager; * Populate spreadsheets; * Update the incident logbook; * Support security teams during emergencies or crises. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Mandatory knowledge of CCTV, camera operation, recording systems, and monitoring software; * Availability to work a 44-hour weekly schedule on a rotating 6X2 shift pattern; * Availability to work in the Barreiros neighborhood in São José. WORK SCHEDULE: 6X2 shift pattern from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM.
