Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Engineer focused on organization, cost control, and strategic construction project monitoring, with responsibility spanning from pre-planning through financial control and client communication. Support in material quotation and control We seek a professional to work in the field of Planning Engineering, with emphasis on organization, cost control, and strategic construction project monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Develop cost spreadsheets together with the commercial department and structure construction pre-planning \- Adjust final planning after contract closure \- Develop and submit physical-financial schedules \- Conduct construction progress measurements and technical progress reports \- Monitor service progress, including analysis and forecasting of upcoming phases \- Control costs by phase (materials and labor), ensuring budget adherence \- Prepare reports, technical documents, and TFA (Construction Acceptance Final Term) \- Manage disbursement spreadsheets and construction financial control \- Support material and equipment quotation, procurement, and control \- Organize and send communications to clients \- Submit operational documentation and communications (e.g., team updates, schedules, weather-related stoppages, etc.) **Requirements:** \- Degree in Civil Engineering (or final stages of study) \- Experience or knowledge in construction planning and control \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency \- Organized, analytical, and proactive profile \- Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience with building renovations \- Knowledge of physical-financial scheduling \- Experience in construction cost and budget control \- Familiarity with MS Project or similar tools Additional Information: Employment Type: CLT or PJ (to be determined) Location: Capoeiras – Florianópolis/SC Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance/PJ Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
